Our servers enjoy uptime of 99.9%

The servers are designed so if one of them fails, another will instantly take over its workload. Meaning no loss in online presence or emails.

If there's a power failure a battery backup system kicks in keeping the servers working and online. If the mains power isn't restored fully within 10 seconds a diesel powered generator takes over from the batteries and starts providing full power to the data centre. Spare fuel is kept on-site with contracts in place for delivery of more if required.

Safe and Secure.

In the unlikely event of fire, our servers are protected by the FM200 Fire Suppression System. This system fills the secure data centre with gas to extinguish the fire. Which means limited damage to servers and equipment when compared with the use of water or foam.

A cool server is a happy server - the data centre is climate controlled with N+1 Stultz DX Cybercool Air Conditioning Systems. The position of each server rack/apparatus is calculated by a dedicated deployment team to further optimise cooling efficiency.

If your name's not down, you're not getting in. The data centre has a manned security team, 24 hour CCTV (internally and externally) and is surrounded by an 8ft security fence. Key holders are recorded and access to the data centre is through 2 controlled security doors controlled with limited key-fobs.

Server software and software installations are always kept up to date. This means almost zero failure of websites from online / malicious attacks.
